Public Lighting

Since 1888 when Imtech’s founder, Jan Jacob van Rietschoten, installed one of the first public electric lighting systems in Rotterdam and in 1936 when Nettenbouw, a founding Imtech company, was responsible for the first sodium lighting in the Netherlands, Imtech has been at the forefront of public lighting. Imtech, the 2nd largest public lighting company in the Netherlands, are now bringing their wealth of public lighting experience to the UK through Peek, part of the Traffic & Infra Division.
